• Application – The software program provided by the Company downloaded by You on any electronic device, named Live Weather.
• Application Store – The digital distribution service operated and developed by Apple Inc.
• Affiliate – An entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party.
• Company – Refers to Live Weather Company.
• Device – Any device that can access the Service such as a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Free Trial – A limited period of time that may be free when purchasing a Subscription.
• In-app Purchase – Purchases made through the Application.
• Service – Refers to the Application.
• Subscriptions – Access to the Service offered on a subscription basis.
• Terms and Conditions – This document outlining all conditions of use.
• Third-party Social Media Service – External services or content displayed in the App.
• You – The user or entity using the Service.

2. Acknowledgment

You accept these terms by using the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Use also requires acceptance of our Privacy Policy. Users must be over 18 years of age.

3. Subscriptions

(1) Subscription period

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. They renew automatically unless canceled.

(2) Subscription cancellations

Cancel via your Account settings or Application Store. No refunds are issued for the current term.

(3) Billing

In case of billing failure, manual payment may be required. Billing for In-app Purchases is handled by the Application Store.

(4) Fee Changes

We may change subscription fees with notice. Continued use implies acceptance of new fees.

(5) Refunds

Subscriptions are generally non-refundable unless required by law. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by the Application Store.

(6) Free Trial

Free Trials may require billing info. Charges start after the trial ends unless canceled. We may change or cancel Free Trial offers at any time.

4. In-app Purchases

In-app purchases are non-refundable and not transferable. Refund requests should be directed to the Application Store.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are the exclusive property of the Company. Trademarks may not be used without permission.

6. Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain third-party links. We are not responsible for their content or practices. Please read their terms and privacy policies.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time without notice for violations of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

9. "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" Disclaimer

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or error-free operation.
